Burl is back! Like so many Californians he cannot avoid the siren song of Central Texas. After traveling the world he has found that he would like to settle in the Texas hill country and he is joining Penguin Suits as the Project Manager. Burl has over 25 years of experience in design, illustrations, website design and marketing. When not applying his strategic marketing experience at Penguin Suits he can be found traveling with his lovely wife exploring Texas and seeking to find the elusive street taco.
